Residential Coordinator
Life Skills Residential is seeking a Residential Coordinator to oversee residential attendant care services in a semi-independent setting for individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Previous experience with TBI preferred. Previous management experience preferred. Must have a current and valid driver's license. Responsible for staffing including: scheduling, training, etc. Assist in Hiring (in coordination with Residential Manager) follow-through of rehabilitation plan including, but not limited to: shopping, home management, community-based avocational tasks or social activity, social/behavioral support, scheduling, and medication management.
Minimum Qualifications:
· One or more years’ experience managing staff. (Management in health care preferred.)
· Experience in traumatic brain injury (TBI) preferred
· Positive attitude and a high level of interpersonal skill
· Demonstrates high level of initiative
· Demonstrates high level of independent judgment, decision-making and
problem solving ability
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Willing to work 12p-8p and be flexible with their schedule.
